Since 1996, I provide guidance to clients in order to solve commercial and legal issues in a pragmatic, sustainable and affordable manner.
At first I will listen to you in order to understand your matter in depth. This will facilitate a successful solution. Solving legal matters comes with a cost: not only financially, but also emotionally and sometimes physically. It is my aim to attentively consider all these aspects to the best of your interest.
I provide legal advice to private persons as well as companies and non-profit-organisations. I conduct international negotiations and hearings in English, German, Spanish and French.
As your consultant I bring along more than 16 years of experience as General Manager, Head of HR and General Counsel of companies providing multinational telecommunications and financial services (syniverse ww-ag).
Since 2000, I am admitted to the Bar of Germany as an independent lawyer. Before, I worked for a law firm specialised in insolvency law and civil law.
I took my law exams at the University of Passau (Bavaria/Germany), including a law specific degree in Spanish and French. Thereafter, I finished postgraduate studies at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer. Furthermore, I studied French at the foot of the Pyrenees in Pau, France.
When not talking legal or business matters, I am volunteering as C.F.O. for the Hospice Association in Trier, or practice rowing and yoga. My wife and my kids also help me to keep my feet on the ground.
